While browsing the site of an amazing colleague, Billie Farlow, I saw that she had a page listing her restaurant, travel, and activity wishes. I really liked the idea, so following that inspiration, I’m sharing what I’d love to do this year and in the years to come. You might even see some of your own wishes in my list, so why not do them together !?

Restaurants:
I have a non-exhaustive list of restaurants I’ve tried or would love to try, including Hortus, Le Sept, Py-R, Agapes, Maison Pellestor Veyrier, Sarbacanes, Émile, Le Pois Gourmand, L’Écorce, Le Cénacle, L’Atrium, L’Acte 2, Une Table pour 2, Cécile, La Conserverie, M by Mo Bachir, En Pleine Nature, and others.
I also enjoy more casual restaurants, so if you feel more comfortable with something less formal, don’t hesitate to ask me for recommendations.
